With several games to play, plus meditations, and concentration exercises, the Color Meditation Deck is a fun and versatile card deck that will heal, enlighten, and give you a breath of relaxation.

This colorful deck of cards is the result of years of fine-tuning color theory and presenting on international stages. From those stages, I discovered an internal calm that comes from spending time focusing on each of the 7 specific colors that physically impact our 7 prime emotions.

As I researched science, marketing, and ancient health and healing, I quickly realized the power that colors have to increase concentration, meditation, and kickstart an immunity to bad habits.  In the process, I became a certified Integrative & Holistic Life Coach, met my spouse, and with her began coaching clients to become the heroes in their own lives.

Based on the 7th Image color theory, this deck of 49 color rich cards can be used to learn color healing, color meditation, concentration, chakra study, as well as playing several traditional card games. Each of the 7 major color systems of the body have cards for: Balancing emotions, sounds, color, number, shape, body location, as well as a beautiful nature scene.
